Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges – Electrokart

At Electrokart, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled.


What We Will Do Together

Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request

  • If you’ve received a wrong, expired, or damaged product, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Submit your request with your order and contact details.
  • You can also raise a request via the Chat option on our website or app.
  • For damaged or missing items, please raise the request within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2: Review of Request

  • Please allow up to 2 working days for us to review and validate your request.

Step 3: Product Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
  • You do not need to self-ship the product; our logistics team will handle it.

Step 4: Product Receipt & Final Action

  • After we receive your product, we will perform a quality check.
  • Based on the outcome, we’ll proceed with either:
    • A replacement, or
    • A refund, depending on stock availability.

Replacement & Exchange Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We’ll schedule the pickup of the item.
  • After the product reaches us and passes quality inspection, a replacement will be initiated.
  • If the original item is out of stock, you will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • An exchange with a similar product, if you agree.

Exchange Delivery Timeline

  • Replacements or exchanged items will be shipped within 2–4 business days after quality check.
  • You can expect delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Returns/Replacements Not Accepted If:

  • The product is used, opened, or altered
  • Original packaging, labels, or mono cartons are missing
  • Return/replacement request is raised after 7 days
  • Damage or missing item is reported after 2 days

Order Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their order at any time before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refund Timelines

  • Canceled Orders: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Returned Items: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from pickup and successful quality check.

Partial Order Returns

  • Yes, you may return any eligible items from your order within 7 days, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
