Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy

What We Will Do Together:

1. Raise a Return or Replacement Request:

  • Wrong or Expired Products: Raise a request within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Damaged or Missing Products: Raise a request within 2 days from the delivery date.

2. Reviewing Your Request: We will review your request within 2 working days.

3. Product Pickup: If approved, we will arrange a pickup with our courier partner.

4. Self-Shipping Option: If our reverse pickup service is unavailable, you may self-ship via a reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges.

5. Verification and Replacement/Refund: Upon receiving the product, we will verify it and process a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.


Conditions for Return or Replacement:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product (physical damage, tampered product, or packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing products)

Conditions Where Returns/Replacements Won’t Be Accepted:

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
  • Return/replacement request generated after 7 days from the delivery date
  • Damaged or missing product reported after 2 days from the delivery date

How Are Returns Processed?

Once you request a return, we will arrange a pickup within 5-7 business days. The item will be sent to our warehouse for quality control. Upon approval, we will process your refund.


Order Cancellations:

You can cancel your order through the CANCEL button in the order details page under My Account. Simply provide a reason for cancellation.

Note: Orders can only be canceled before the status is marked as “Ready to Ship.”


Refund Process:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Please provide your bank details for the refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • For Canceled Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • For Returns: Refunds are processed after the product passes the quality check at our warehouse. The entire return and refund process takes approximately 2 weeks from pickup.

Partial Order Returns:

You can return any eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
